100 Hours Prenetal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course

This comprehensive course equips yoga teachers with the necessary tools to establish a solid foundation and discover their individual teaching style. Upon finishing the 100-hour yoga certification program, participants are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 100.
