The cozy home studio, located in the heart of Givatayim, is fully equipped with all the necessary tools for practice. It offers both private lessons and group sessions for up to 7 practitioners.

Yoga Dharma is viewed as a path—a journey of experience and understanding that explores the connection between the body and mind. This method is rooted in the ancient spiritual tradition of classical yoga. The world of yoga was first introduced to the studio owner in 2002, during a transformative trip to magical India.

A Home for Yoga Lovers, this studio is a sanctuary dedicated to yoga and movement, primarily focusing on treatment through the body using an integrative approach. This approach combines various yoga, movement theory, and cognitive work techniques, all tailored to each practitioner. The instructor previously taught large classes with 30-40 participants. Still, the decision was to create a more personal and in-depth space where each person can receive individualized attention.

Lia Lee Yoga Institute aims to offer a more focused environment for those seeking to acquire physical and mental skills, practice yoga accurately for their body, and develop strength and mental resilience. Through mindful movement and body awareness, participants can grow spiritually, becoming more present and connected by integrating the mind and body.

The lessons are designed to reach precise levels of practice and depth, developing a correct and focused approach to yoga. Private lessons are divided into two categories: Yoga Therapy classes and Personal Yoga lessons. Yoga Therapy is ideal for rehabilitation after injury, for individuals experiencing chronic pain, or those who wish to explore yoga one-on-one as a personalized introduction to the practice.

On the other hand, Personal Yoga lessons are intended for teachers or advanced practitioners seeking to enhance their skills, such as mastering handstands, strengthening balance, building complex vinyasas, or working with props. These sessions are also tailored for individuals with special needs or those who cannot join group classes. Furthermore, personal yoga sessions allow yoga practitioners and teachers to deepen their practice.
