Advanced Yoga
This course focuses on various warm-up exercises, Suryanamaskars, basic yoga exercises, Yoga postures in different positions, breathing exercises, stretching and strengthening selective muscles, and relaxation techniques.
Once the participant practices these primary sequences of Asanas, we advise the participants to take on our Advanced Yoga course. Meditation postures form an integral part of this course. They teach various Shuddhikriyas, including Kapalbhati, Neti, and Tratak. They experience the cleansing effects of airways and visual pathways. Asanas in this course are a bit challenging. They teach various standing postures like Trikonasana, Veerbhadrasana, Parshwakonasana, Ardhachandrasana, and others.
