50 Hour Yin Yoga Online

You will have an in-depth understanding of the alignments, instructions, physical and energetic benefits, contraindications, and variations of the 65 Yin Yoga poses for the upper and lower body. You will also learn how to practice and teach these asanas efficiently, bringing balance back to the body’s energy channels and releasing physical tension.

You will gain a philosophical perspective of Yin Yoga through concepts like chakras (body’s energy points), meridians, and the three bodies. Master Yoga Teacher Trainer Ram Jain dives into the theory of yoga simply with modern-day examples and relatable stories.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga focuses on releasing tension by targeting the deepest layers of the body. This program covers the anatomy and physiology of Yin Yoga, explaining how asanas affect joints and connective tissues, improving range of motion and releasing muscle tension. You’ll study key principles like the 14 skeletal segments and 10 myofascial groups to prevent injuries and ensure safety in your practices and yoga classes.

You will discover how to use props (like bolsters, cushions and straps) effectively, while not taking the effect away from the pose. You will understand how and when to use a prop, as well as the essential principles of sequencing.
