Arya Prahlad Bhagat ji, the founder and Yoga Acharya of Ranchi Yoga Class, Ranchi, is a distinguished yoga guru and former Indian Army personnel dedicated to promoting holistic health through yoga. After overcoming personal health challenges following his army service, he immersed himself in yogic studies and earned a master’s degree in Yogic Science, qualifying NET twice. A record holder in the Genius Book of World Records for performing Vrikshasana for 1 hour 45 minutes, he has also received the Jharkhand Yog Ratna Award. His life embodies discipline, resilience, and a deep devotion to spreading yogic wisdom.
