Description
Brahma Yoga School Dharamshala
Brahma Yoga School is a Yoga Alliance–certified school rooted in tradition and compassion, dedicated to sharing the authentic teachings of yoga with students from around the world. Founded in 2017 by Prem Verma ji and his son Mohit Verma ji, the school was born from a story of healing and transformation. After overcoming paralysis through yoga therapy under the guidance of Swami Vijayanand Ji, Prem ji devoted his life to spreading yoga’s wisdom, while Mohit ji pursued a professional path in yoga education and therapy. Together, they established Brahma Yoga as a sanctuary for learning, healing, and spiritual growth.
Located in Dharamkot (Dharamsala), surrounded by the Dhauladhar ranges, Brahma Yoga offers the perfect settings for self-exploration. The institute provides a wide range of Yoga Alliance–certified Teacher Training Courses (100-hour, 200-hour, and 300-hour), retreats, drop-in classes, and continuing education programs (YACEP). Each course integrates traditional yogic philosophy, asana practice, pranayama, meditation, and yoga therapy, enabling students to experience yoga not only as a practice but as a way of life.
Guided by Mohit ji’s expertise as a certified E-RYT 500, physiotherapist, and YACEP teacher, alongside Prem ji’s profound healing experiences, Brahma Yoga emphasizes both alignment and spirituality. The school’s approach harmonizes ancient wisdom with modern understanding, empowering students to cultivate strength, awareness, and inner balance.
Over the years, Brahma Yoga has welcomed seekers from across the globe, building a supportive community bound by a shared passion for yoga and self-discovery. Whether your goal is to become a certified teacher, deepen your practice, or experience healing through retreats, Brahma Yoga provides a transformative path for all.
