President and Founder Dr. Vishvanath Pise, leads Anahat Yoga. He holds a full-time master’s degree in Yoga, M. Phil, and a Ph.D. in Yoga. He has researched the effect of Yoga on Mentally Challenged Children and Yoga for Mental Health. He has authored several articles on Yoga in various journals and newspapers. He has dedicated his life to educating people about the importance of keeping good health with the help of Yoga.
Dr Pise firmly believes that “Efficiency directly affects Productivity.” Research has also proved that regular yoga practice enhances efficiency. Yoga improves an individual’s physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual health. For the past 15 years, Dr Pise has been imparting this knowledge to various corporations via Corporate Yoga sessions.
