What is Ovulatory Disorder?
Ovulatory disorder is a condition that affects the release of eggs from the ovaries, which is essential for conception. Ever experienced irregular periods or missed cycles? These could be signs of an ovulatory disorder, where the ovaries do not release an egg as they should. - Stress: High levels of stress can interfere with the hormonal signals that regulate ovulation.
- Weight fluctuations: Being significantly overweight or underweight can impact hormone levels and disrupt ovulation.
- Thyroid problems: Both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism can lead to irregular ovulation and menstrual cycles.
