Level 3 - Yoga Teacher and Evaluator (YT&E) - 800 Hours

This in-depth program delves into advanced yoga philosophy, including intricate studies of classical texts and their practical applications. Participants will refine their expertise in a vast array of asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, and shatkarmas, while also gaining a profound understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and the therapeutic applications of yoga for a wide range of conditions.
