100-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING IN RISHIKESH
The 100-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is a foundation course. It is an opportunity to start a course if you have limited time. When doing this course, you will practice and learn half of what is taught in the 200 hour yoga ttc, and later on, you can join for the remaining to complete 200-hours and get your Yoga Alliance certificate. You will get a certificate stating that you have completed a 100 hour Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh but be advised that Yoga Alliance USA does not recognise a 100 hours certificate.
