Senior Citizens Yoga
This course provides a holistic approach to healthy aging. Participants will learn how to:
- Increase Flexibility and Joint Health: Gentle stretches and movements to improve range of motion in the hips, shoulders, and spine.
- Enhance Balance and Stability: Chair-supported and standing poses to build strength and confidence, reducing the risk of falls.
- Build Strength: Light resistance and bodyweight exercises to maintain muscle mass and bone density.
- Improve Mental Clarity and Relaxation: Mindful breathing and meditation techniques to reduce stress and improve focus.
- Connect with a Community: A supportive and social environment to build new friendships and share experiences.
