Basic Yoga for Beginners
This course provides a welcoming and accessible introduction to the fundamentals of yoga. Designed specifically for individuals with little to no prior experience, this program gently introduces participants to core yoga postures (asanas), basic breathing techniques (pranayama), and simple relaxation methods.
