• If you are already a professional yoga teacher and wish to upgrade yourself with Advanced Asanas, their alignment, its anatomy & physiology and therapy.
• If you want to deepen your level of knowledge of yoga and want to learn about our ancient system of yoga, this course can be a best choice for you.
• In case you have not completed 200hours yoga training course from yoga alliance registered school, but wish to enroll directly into 300 hours YTTC, you can. But in this, you won’t be eligible to register into yoga alliance.
