SheNest offers a wide range of services, including brisk yoga, mudras, transcendental meditation, and psychological counselling, complemented by energetic Zumba and Aerobics sessions. This comprehensive approach is designed to heal the complexities of modern life and help women achieve a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
SheNest’s Shahina, a certified yoga instructor, began her journey with yoga many years ago, and through continuous practice, she maintained her health and achieved a harmonious mind. This dedication led her to complete several allied courses in yoga, including the Yoga Instructor Certification (YIC) from the University of SVYASA and the QCI Ayush Level 2 Professional certification, further sharpening her knowledge of yoga. As Shahina’s practice deepened, she realized the need to expand her understanding of yoga from a new perspective, which led her to explore various other streams of knowledge such as Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and TA (Transactional Analysis), to name a few. SheNest offers a rejuvenating experience focused on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through various self-care practices. Participants can stay connected and grounded with virtual yoga sessions, all from the comfort of their own homes. In addition to the yoga sessions, the retreat includes mindful meditation classes to enhance mental clarity and inner peace and body balance workshops designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
