How to Choose the Level of Certification

For those who have completed a 100-Hour Foundation Course or equivalent Basic training for self in Yoga – earning credits towards other courses.

For those who have completed a 200 Hour or equivalent training – Certifies you to Conduct Classes and Workshops.

For those who have completed a 300 Hour or 100 Hour + 200 Hour or equivalent training – Certifies you to Conduct 100 Hour Foundation Courses, Classes and Workshops.

For those who have completed a 500 Hour or 200 Hour + 300 Hour or equivalent training – Certifies you to Train 100, 200 Hour Teachers and Conduct Classes and Workshops.

For those who have completed their Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training - Certifies you to Conduct Prenatal Yoga Classes, Prenatal Yoga Workshops, and regular 100 Hour Foundation Course, Classes and Workshops.

Experienced 500 Hour Yoga Teachers - For those who have completed a 500 Hour or 200 Hour + 300 Hour or equivalent training and have significant experience in Yoga Teacher Training – Certifies you to Train and Certify 100, 200, 500 Hour Teachers and Conduct Classes and Workshops.

How It Works

Select which Level of Certification you are eligible for.

Fill in the relevant Form with all the details requested along with the respective fees, and the Federation will come back with the feedback, due process and physical or online interview to determine if you qualify for the level of Certification you are applying for.

All authentic yoga organizations, schools, traditions, and teachers who meet WYF standards are recognized.

Note: Your training organization or Teachers need NOT already be part of the WYF network, though it will speed things up if they are.

You will receive a certificate issued by the Head Office, India, after which you can create your profile on the WYF website. You can showcase your Certification on your social media handles. That's it! You are free to connect with the Yoga community worldwide!
