Dr. Yoga! Yes, you can do a Ph.D in Yoga at this government recognised yoga university near Bangalore. On Sunday afternoon, we drove to the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA), located about 30 km outside of Bangalore.

Spread over more than 100 acres, it was a bit difficult to get an overview of their full range of activities. Anuj, a graduate student of the university, showed us around the research department, the yoga therapy home, the yoga course activities, as well as the accommodation and dining areas.

As usual we went to bed early to be able to get up early.
Thanks for this wonderful and luxury accommodation they invited us to stay as guests.
