Yogasthali Yoga Society was founded on July 13, 2007, by its esteemed Director, International Yoga Guru Yogi Umesh Sharma, and the World and National Record Holder Co-Director, Yogacharya Hemlata Sharma. Registered with the Government of Rajasthan and associated with Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidhyalaya, Haridwar, for yoga science and research, Yogasthali is a leading yoga institution in India. It stands out as the only Yoga Center in Rajasthan accredited as an International Certified Yoga School by Yoga Alliance US for both 200-hour and 500-hour Immersion Yoga Teacher Training Courses, certifying yoga teachers worldwide.
Under the guidance of Yogi Umesh Sharma, who boasts over 15 years of expertise in Hath Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, the center is dedicated to spreading the true essence of yoga globally. Yogi Umesh, an NDDY Yoga and Naturopathy Yoga Scholar with a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and Meditation emphasizes a disciplined lifestyle and self-realization through yoga.
Yogasthali offers a diverse range of programs, including Advance Yoga Asanas, Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Kids Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. Their comprehensive teacher training includes 200-hour and 500-hour residential courses based on traditional Hatha yoga, providing in-depth knowledge of asana, teaching methodology, anatomy, physiology, and yoga philosophy. They also offer a specialized Pregnancy Yoga Course.
Further enhancing career opportunities, Yogasthali provides Ministry of Ayush Level 3 Yoga Teacher and Evaluator certification (3 months), RYT 500 Hrs. Yoga Alliance certification (4 months after 200 Hrs.), and a combined Ministry of Ayush Level 3 Yoga Teacher Evaluator and 500 Hrs. Program (7 months).
