Poonam Arora ji leads Priyasha Yoga. She is a postgraduate in home science (M. HSc.) with more than 9 years of experience teaching Yoga. She is certified by SVYASA, accredited by the Council for Yoga Accreditation International (CYA INTERNATIONAL), Swami Vivekanand Yoga Annusandhana Samsthana Bengaluru and Vedic Institute of Yoga & Sewa (VINYAS), Gwalior. She has been appreciated many times as the best yoga instructor and for attaining higher levels of mental calm and serenity using various meditation techniques.

Priyasha Yoga Studio offers a comprehensive approach to wellness, beginning with a body counselling session where they listen to your concerns and conduct initial tests to establish baseline records, ensuring that progress can be measured over time. Following this, expert yoga instructors recommend personalized yoga techniques based on the test results, ensuring the practices are tailored to everyone’s needs. To track progress, the studio regularly measures results and improvements through follow-up tests, which are conducted either after a set period or monthly, depending on the specific concerns. Additionally, if needed, a personalized diet chart is provided further to support the journey toward improved health and well-being.

Priyasha Yoga provides a serene and comfortable environment, featuring soothing meditative music that enhances the peaceful atmosphere. The fully air-conditioned studio ensures maximum comfort and a relaxed setting for all sessions. The studio’s tranquil environment serves as a powerful strategy for stress management, helping individuals unwind and focus. Led by highly trained instructors with over 9 years of experience in Yoga, the studio offers expert guidance for students of all levels. Classes are held in the morning from 7 AM to 8 AM, 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM, and 11 AM to 12 PM, with additional sessions in the winter evenings from 5 PM to 6 PM and 6 PM to 7 PM.
