OM JI (AMIT RAINA), Meditation and yoga philosophy teacher, currently serving as the director of KSSOY, carries forward his rich family lineage as a Kashmiri Pandit. Born in the Himalayan region of Kashmir, his grandfather was disciple of Swami Ram Ji who is from the lineage of Abninavagupta .
The school’s faculty is composed of experienced Indian and international yoga teachers who are not only rooted in tradition but are also graduated professionals in fields like Anthropology and Yogic Sciences. Notably, KSSOY’s Asana classes are led by certified Iyengar Yoga teachers who specialize in detailed alignment and therapeutic applications, ensuring a safe and effective practice for all students.
KSSOY is a highly respected institution, holding certifications as a 200, 300-hour Registered Yoga School (RYS), a Registered Prenatal Yoga School (RPYS), and a Registered Children’s Yoga School (RCYS) with Yoga Alliance.
