We started our day at 6:30am wandering around the large ashram. The highlight of our day was the Theerthakund, a pool of (quite cool) water. The pool is done in an ancient way, with large steps down to the water like a stepwell, and a solidified and energized linga made of mercury in the middle. We took a bath, a little similar maybe to bathing in the Ganges. Somehow the Theerthakund seems to have balanced our prana (life energy) as we felt relaxed and balanced afterwards.

Bath at the Isha Yoga Center

We finally left at 3pm.
