We also had the honour of having an interview with\u00a0Amma , ICYER&#8217;s guru, which was just amazing. Afterwards, we&#8217;ve visited the Samadhi place of Swami Gitananda.<\/p>\n<p>We finished the day with our feet into the waters of the Bay of Bengal, before leaving tomorrow early morning to Tiruvannamalai.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our yoga day started at 9AM at the ICYER (International Centre for Yoga Education and Research) in Pondicherry.
