And yet, self practice is a fortitude every yogi should practice and cherish &#8211; not only in times of COVID-19.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ashtanga Yoga, taught <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga.in\/ashtanga-mysore-style-yoga-india.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mysore style<\/a> is one of the few Yoga styles emphasizing on self-practice. But even for most ashtangis it is a motivation booster to practice in their teacher\u2019s shala, within the asthangi family, instead of practicing by themselves.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga.in\/\" target=\"_blank\">Yoga.in<\/a> team would like to take this opportunity to recommend to you some authentic online mini-classes, each introducing one Yoga style in an easy to follow sequence, during the next couple of days.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a start we will share learning sequences for asana practice in the tradition of\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga.in\/iyengar-yoga-india.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Iyengar Yoga<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga.in\/centers\/krishnamacharya-yoga-mandiram-41.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Krishnamacharya Yoga<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga.in\/sivananda-yoga-india.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sivananda Yoga\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>each about 30 minutes long and inviting you to follow along at home on your Yoga mat.
