It could start off as simple as being connected to one\u2019s breath, or by being mindful of the way they consume and move, or even the most obvious &#8211; more flexibility and having more energy to carry out their days work. One such event, that is a great place to experience the community spirit of Yoga is the Annual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.internationalyogafestival.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">International Festival of Yoga<\/a>, which takes place in Rishikesh, the Yoga capital of the world. <strong><em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga.in\/yoga-rishikesh.html\" target=\"_blank\">Click here<\/a> to read about Yoga in Rishikesh<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cYoga is a light, which once lit will never dim. Spread over 7 days, Yoga enthusiasts will have an exciting program line up from 4:00 am to 9:30 pm. Some of the planned activities of the IYF 2020 according to their Website are, <em>\u2018\u2019over 70 hours of Yoga classes from world-class Yoga teachers practising multiple styles of Yoga including Kundalini Yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Kriya Yoga.
